When I was starting in Empath Philippines as a content creator, I had an idea of integrating my favorite go-to game with the topic of mental health. Something that's often overlooked in creating mental health posts is mostly relatability. Empath's audience is mostly young adults and Animal Crossing is all the rage at that time. This is the page's most liked and engaged post thus far!
I was hired to do a content brief and script for the Mini ADHD Coach for her first ever YouTube video. The idea is to discuss ADHD and burnout as there are links to ADHD symptoms and getting physically and mentally exhausted. The sentences had to be short and points succinct so it can be easily digested by the Mini ADHD Coach's large social media following.
